Social initiative
In early 2024 a farm-enterprise project was drawn up on land held by the A. T. Bolotov museum estate. It provides for travelling fairs and educational courses on the estate grounds, together with other events that raise the region's appeal to visitors. The work is carried out by participants of the initiative through an autonomous non-profit organisation.

Project selection criteria
Palladium Venture Foundation assists with formation, growth and entry into world markets. Its remit covers technologies of knowledge-intensive industries as well as those underpinning basic life support.
You may apply once you have prepared a feasibility study and hold a fully worked-out mathematical model. The expert council does not package third-party projects. Those services are provided commercially by the Palladium Research and Design Office.
We will review project documentation only from the creators or owners of the technology. Intermediaries are excluded.

Social and economic problems exist everywhere. The able, well-trained engineers who can solve them are just as widely scattered across the world. We are ready to take on such tasks and to advance technology anywhere, regardless of nationality, faith or jurisdiction.
On working principles
Countries commonly called laggards do not lag in energy. The Congo holds one of the richest mineral bases on the planet; Nigeria has oil and a population of a hundred million. The efficiency of both systems is close to zero, because the channels between a resource and its point of application are clogged with ballast. In 1966 Botswana had no roads — twelve kilometres of asphalt for the whole country. In 1965 Singapore had neither minerals nor even water. Their result was achieved by painstaking work on conductivity precisely.
We do not flood a troubled place with flows of capital: in such territories capital only breeds greater chaos. We work with the landscape of resistances. Link by link we take out of the circuit whatever carries no added value. We replace management metrics with ones that improve only when reality improves. We build on the basis of evidence-based management, the lean production practices of Toyota, the engineering rigour of NASA and the laws of evidence-based medicine.

What does PLD holder status mean?
We tried to carry the Palladium philosophy into the international arena by means of blockchain technology, and the strategy did not work. We came to see that 99% of the digital space is sheer noise, and that forcing a way through it is simply inefficient (the period is described in detail in the book “The Architect Against Noise”). The legacy of that period is the contract deployed on the network under the number EQDgGuB15VUI7wkJ9c5_tjQswWuePEtqTDXSHIYKMMSxx_2U, and we are glad of it.
Today PLD is a digital certificate attesting membership of the community and opening access to the ecosystem's products. That is its only function.
PLD is not a financial instrument, an equity interest, an income obligation or a promise of price. No new units are issued for access, no redemption is guaranteed, and no market price is commented upon.
The name Palladium carries several deep meanings, among them a line of the classical tradition. Keep it as you would a talisman: perhaps one day it will grant well-being both to you and to the peoples of the planet.
